The title makes me lolz... X3

I did TONS of experiments with this image! 0_0 Srsly, I played with textures, worked on water, tried softenin meh shadin, usin two light sources... I drove mehself nuts! :faint:

I can't tell ye all the brushes I used. >_<

Shaq's skirt an that darned background were the worst of it... But I'm totally lovin the results! :D Now that I'm totally happy, I'm gonna avoid doin somethin like this fer a while... It kills meh brain... T_T

About these two!
Shaquala and Bioluminescence from the roleplay me an :iconmegavelraptor: started! :3 Shaq's the girl, mine, an Bio, the buzz, is hers. ^_^
Shaq was admirin the ocean when she fell off the top of that cliff, barely missin those rocks... Since she's a little bit scared of her siren form, she hasn't practiced swimmin in it, an so is clingin to the rock for dear life when-TADA! Bio arrives to help! :3

He's awesome, he can talk, but he just chooses not to, an writes instead. X3

Species note: Shaq isn't a neopet really, but given how close she looks to a peophin, I just pin her as one fer roleplays where she's hangin with neopets. :3

Cuz she's afraid of the unknown. X3 Peeps react one of two ways when they find out they can turn into a fish... X3 lol

They're either all "OMG SO WICKED GOTTA EXPERIMENT!"
Or all "OMG WHAT THE FISHSTICKS IS WRONG WITH ME! D: "

Shaq is kinda in the middle, leanin more towards the second. X3 lol
